Equality Information and Objectives
At Combe Pafford School, we are committed to creating an inclusive, supportive and respectful environment where every pupil, member of staff, parent, carer and visitor is valued and treated with dignity. We recognise and celebrate the diversity of our school community and are committed to promoting equality of opportunity, eliminating discrimination and fostering positive relationships in line with the Equality Act 2010.
As part of our Public Sector Equality Duty, we publish information about how we meet our equality responsibilities and set Equality Objectives which are reviewed every four years. These objectives help us to ensure that all members of our school community can participate fully, achieve their potential and feel safe, respected and included. Our commitment to equality is embedded within our policies, curriculum, school improvement planning and daily practice.
