Award Win Brings Cameras to Yellow Frog Café

Arthur’s national award sparks school pride and exciting TV filming visit.

The whole school was absolutely delighted to learn that our very own Arthur Hawkesworth had been named Educator of the Year at Jamie Oliver's Good School Food Awards. The news came as a huge surprise, and things became even more exciting when we discovered that a live television crew would be visiting the school, accompanied by celebrity reporter Mark Wright. What followed was a whirlwind Monday morning as cameras arrived to capture the incredible work taking place at Yellow Frog Cafe.

We could not be prouder of Arthur for receiving this prestigious national award. His passion, commitment and dedication to providing outstanding food education and opportunities for our pupils, and external students have been recognised on a national stage, and it is thoroughly deserved. We are also incredibly proud of all the Yellow Frog staff and students who featured in the filming. They represented our school brilliantly, showcasing the enthusiasm, teamwork and sense of community that make Yellow Frog such a special part of school life.

Since the announcement, the entire school has been celebrating Arthur's success. Students and staff alike have been eager to congratulate him, and there has been a real sense of pride throughout the school community. Arthur has been taking his newfound stardom in his stride and continues to be a fantastic ambassador for both Yellow Frog and the school.

Congratulations, Arthur, on this incredible achievement. We are all immensely proud of you and look forward to seeing what comes next.
