Our sixth form vision is to enable as many students as possible to achieve paid employment or an apprenticeship on leaving school, and we are very proud of our record since the sixth form began. Alternatively, where students express an interest in leaving to go to a college of further education on an appropriate course, we encourage them and facilitate this process. Other students need support on leaving to access various types of bespoke provision, whilst others seek supported internships. Occasionally a student will express an interest in joining the Armed Forces. At all times, we support students to develop and achieve realistic aspirations for their next steps but to always aim as high as possible in order to achieve their full potential. Our goal is to have no students classified as NEET at the end of their school careers.
