  • Exciting Musical Duo Lady Nade & Holly Carter Wow Lower and Middle School Students at Combe Pafford!

    Published 01/03/24

Lower and Middle School had a fab Friday afternoon jamming along to an interactive musical gig on 1st March . Lady Nade and Holly Carter, an award-winning musical duo, visited Combe Pafford to perform for us. We enjoyed listening to them sing 'You are my sunshine' and 'You've got a friend in me' before we were handed out the shaker eggs and percussion instruments! Suddenly, the children were a part of the show, dancing and singing, shaking and banging, adding their own unique rhythms to the mix! What a fabulous performance!

Jenny’s cakes were a huge hit at breaktime and pupils looked fabulous in the their Pudsey/ spotty outfits.

We managed to raise over £400 as a school. Thank you for supporting our fundraising efforts!

  • Combe Pafford girls football tournament

    Published 21/06/23

On Thursday 8th June, a group of girls ranging from years 7-9 took part in an all-girls football festival. The day consisted of a range of football activities to build confidence in skills and techniques. All girls that attended were very engaged in all the activities and represented Combe Pafford School extremely well. Towards the end of the day the girls took part in a football match where pupils were able to show off their talents! Brooke Fox was fantastic in goal and a special mention should go to Liv Avery, Phoebe Harris, Lexi Smith and Caitlin Bennett for scoring absolutely brilliant goals during the very tense match. At the end of the day all girls took part in a penalty shootout competition which ended with two Combe Pafford winners; Lexi Smith and Sienna Craythorn, who received medals for their achievement. All girls then received a certificate to celebrate their determination, participation and engagement throughout the day. Well done girls!
